Yes. It’s back. Shakespeare in the Park; your chance to see a professional production of Shakespeare, with real actors, for free!
This years production is Twelfth Night, the screwball comedy of mistaken identity. It’s a lot of fun, and just for extra giggles, the lanky, dorky, awkward Ms. Anne Hathoway is in it. I’m not a fan, but hey, some of you may be. I don’t know, but every time I see her, she makes me wonder; is Hollywood nuts? Maybe I’m the only one on the planet who does not get her appeal. With that said:
The new season starts June 10, 2009 and runs till July 12, 2009 and will be at the Delacorte Theater (as usual) in Central Park. As many of you already know, the ticket-getting process can be annoying, or downright impossible if you can’t stand in line at the right time. They have a random, call-in ticket request as well, but it’s not first-come first-serve.

Good luck!
